What motivates me most as an auditor is the opportunity to work with several clients and collaborate with each of them to get to the best possible solution. I see audit as far more than the traditional “tick & bash” stereotype – it is, or at least it should be, an ongoing dialogue between client and auditor to get things right first time around rather than fixing things after the fact. I take real pleasure from helping my team provide insight and add genuine value throughout the audit process.
