My area of expertise is designing and delivering IT product and service transformations in the financial and professional services industries. Specifically, re-shaping IT strategy and operations; leading the move to a digitised business; and delivering quality services throughout the IT delivery lifecycle.

I have recently been leading the Quality IT Services offering for our Deloitte London office and have enjoyed re-joining our Christchurch team supporting IT project assurance activities, ERP selections, IT programme and project delivery. I’m passionate about delivering tangible benefits to my clients by providing solutions that impact the whole business, not just its IT systems.
