I believe that technology has the power to deliver a better employee experience. Since joining Deloitte, I’ve worked across a range of projects with a particular focus on HR technology. As the ServiceNow Human Capital lead, I work with organisations to free up time, improve performance and productivity, and optimise how employees engage with HR.

Prior to joining Deloitte, I spent nine years in the UK and Australia working in the NGO and health sectors. I was predominantly focused on health service improvement before making the jump into HR transformation.

Outside of work, my wife and I have our hands full with our two girls. We enjoy travelling, trying out new restaurants and cafes, and I set dedicated time aside to be an armchair sports fan.
