I enjoy working with New Zealand organisations to help them develop the strategies they need to out-perform, and the initiatives required to bring a strategy to life. I also have experience working with organisations facing the need to optimise their costs.

A personal interest is supporting organisations undertaking M&A activity with commercial due diligence and synergy identification, as well as working with companies on complex integrations and separations.
