I am driven by the opportunity to solve business problems using technology. Leveraging my commercial background, I excel at helping businesses transform by designing efficient processes, creating innovative products, and implementing technology solutions that align with their goals.

As a director in the Technology, Strategy and Transformation team, I am fortunate to dedicate my energy to this type of work on a daily basis, assisting clients in achieving successful technology outcomes.

My areas of expertise encompass enterprise technology systems implementation, digital strategy and transformation, operational transformation, human-centred design, process optimisation and automation, as well as project, programme and portfolio management.
