As Integration Practice Lead, I bring 19 years of software engineering and integration experience to some of our most complex client engagements. My focus sits at the intersection of deep technical delivery and AI-enabled innovation, helping organisations move faster, improve reliability, and unlock tangible commercial value from integration.
I believe the best outcomes come from honest conversations, clear thinking, and teams that are genuinely invested in what they’re building. I focus on building momentum by enabling people to do meaningful work and improve with intent. I lead with integrity and create environments where people can speak plainly and do their best work.
I grew up in a multicultural city in Asia, surrounded by many languages, religions, and perspectives. That experience shaped my view of diversity, not as a policy, but as something lived. I build teams that reflect that, and I have found the strongest solutions emerge in environments where different people and perspectives are genuinely heard and understood.
Outside of work, I pursue creative interests including writing, singing, or learning new instruments. I enjoy long walks, whether through cities or nature reserves with my dog. I have long been fascinated by human psychology and how our histories shape how we think. That interest likely drew me to integration, where everything connects.
