I work with clients across local government and complex commercial environments, helping them navigate technical accounting challenges, disruption, and change. I enjoy operating in intricate or uncertain situations, where pragmatic thinking and the ability to simplify issues make a real difference.
My experience spans financial reporting, complex accounting and accounting operations, climate and sustainability, and internal audit. This breadth allows me to connect client needs with the wider Deloitte offering and deliver solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to long-term outcomes.
I focus on building strong, trusted relationships with clients, with much of my work driven by repeat engagements and referrals. I value being seen as a trusted advisor rather than delivering one-off transactional work.
Outside of work, I have been heavily involved in Surf Life Saving New Zealand, including serving as an elected Board member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. I also stay involved in sport through coaching rugby and spending time on the water when I can. Based in Tauranga, I’m focused on supporting sustainable growth in the region and building long-term client relationships that contribute to the wider community.
