Ashley leads teams that are focused on outcomes and transformation. He has extensive international experience as a senior programme manager, with deep specialisation in delivery management, methods and tools, and PMO establishment. His approach is to integrate stakeholders and ideas to achieve the outcomes people and businesses are seeking.
Ashley's experience includes transformation engagements across system implementations, establishing P3M governance and new ways of working, mergers & acquisitions, as well as technology advisory services. He has worked across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Service Management, and capital programmes. His experience covers many industries and he has worked in the UK, Norway, Australia and New Zealand.
Ashley has a Master in Energy from the University of Auckland, which focused on Mobility as a Service (MaaS) as a mechanism to improve effectiveness in the transport sector and improve sustainability.
