If artificial intelligence does not prompt a rethink of your service models, you could be focusing on what’s familiar instead of what is possible.
As Director of the Deloitte New Zealand AI Institute, I work with leaders to explore how AI advancements can translate into real enterprise value by building capability, supporting safe and scalable adoption, and helping teams move from experimentation to meaningful use.
I previously led Deloitte’s national generative AI sub-offering, delivering solutions that improved productivity by up to 75% and guiding the development of strategic roadmaps and governance frameworks for some of Aotearoa’s largest organisations and public agencies.
With more than 15 years of experience in AI and innovation, including doctoral research and ongoing academic work as a senior lecturer, I bring a practical, collaborative and ethical approach to technology-enabled change. This work is backed by hands-on experience and the right people to deliver outcomes that matter.
Outside of work, I spend time with my whānau in Wellington and enjoy practising Spanish.
