Adithi Pandit is a senior public sector transformation leader and Deloitte partner, advising government on system reform, social investment, digital transformation, and multiagency strategy. She has worked across public sector and local government clients, with a focus on strategy execution, large-scale tech-enabled transformation, operating model design, and social impact. She is on the Deloitte Asia-Pacific public sector executive, has co-authored Deloitte’s State of the State reports, and leads the Deloitte New Zealand public sector practice. Her passion lies in bringing together individuals and organizations to address “wicked problems” at multiple levels.
