Position

The Country Manager is responsible for directly leading a team composed by: Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager, Human Resources Manager and the IT Manager. The position will directly report to the Chief Revenue Growth Officer of Hispanic Latam Region. The Country Managing Director of Uruguay will be a visionary leader that will take Pluxee to the next level. The executive will play a key and critical role in both development and execution of future sales and innovating business initiatives. The new leader is expected to achieve maximum efficiency in the operation. The Country Managing Director of Uruguay will be based in Pluxee office located in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and execute the strategic plan of Pluxee Uruguay
  • Coordinate all Seering Committee activities
  • Motivate and align the employees to the accomplishment of the business goals
  • Work directly with Clients and Affiliates
  • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
  • Develop new business initiatives creating new growth opportunities
  • Ensuring sustainable and reports of business operations to top executive staff
  • Represent company and ensure the adequate positioning of Pluxee Uruguay in front of all social, political, economic, educational stakeholders, government bodies and professional organizations

Candidate

We are looking for an inspiring and motivating leader, with strong networking skills and the ability to effectively connect with all key stakeholders—team, clients, partners, and consumers—across every level of the organization. It will be expected to empower, coach, and develop the Company´s talent fostering engagement. Strong communication skills to influence all organizational levels are expected. The benchmark candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands on executive with a successful and complex track leading business growth. Degree-qualified, preferably in Engineering, Administration or equivalent. MBA is a plus. Fluent in Spanish and English, French is desirable. Minium of 5 years´B2B commercial experience. It will be key competencies of this role:
