Partner Byung Moon Yoo is CTO (Chief Talent Officer) of Deloitte Korea.
He studied business at Yonsei University and holds qualifications as a certified public accountant in South Korea (KICPA) and the United States (AICPA). He has also been stationed at the Deloitte New York office in the U.S. for two years in the past.
Currently he oversees all of Deloitte Group Korea’s talent activities. In his capacity as CTO, he is particularly focusing on improving and developing various programs in the professional lifecycle to become the No. 1 Career Companion for the Group’s employees. He is also in charge of the WorldImpact program, the Group’s initiative to achieve its net-zero emissions ambitions and make meaningful contributions to society through societal investments.
Prior to becoming CTO, he has decades of experience in auditing and assurance for major Korean companies, including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Bioepis, and CJ O Shopping. He has specialized experience in TMT and life sciences, and has professional advisory consulting experience in various fields, including internal control, financial assurance, IPO and M&A support.
