Deloitte AP One FSI Leader | AP Market Activation Leader | Co-Dean, Deloitte Executive Leadership - AP CEO Readiness Program

Stuart is the newly appointed Asia Pacific OneFSI Leader, responsible for executing the regional OneFSI strategy, driving profitable growth, and leading a cohesive team spanning geographies and functions. In this role, he oversees market activation, client leadership for priority accounts, and the development of critical capabilities, partnerships, and alliances with key market players. Stuart also serves on the Global Financial Service Executive, contributing to global decision-making and strategy.

In addition to his OneFSI leadership, Stuart is also responsible for Market Activation across the Asia Pacific region. He focuses on elevating Deloitte’s reputation and regional brand presence, while cultivating strategic relationships with the firm’s most important clients through CxO engagement programmes and targeted initiatives.

Previously, Stuart was the Lead Client Partner for Optus, where he led teams to support Optus’s strategic ambitions. With over 17 years’ experience in the Telecommunications sector, Stuart specialises in digital strategy, programme delivery, and leadership development, helping clients manage transition and transformation. He has also led Deloitte’s Asia Pacific Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment Sector team, and served on Deloitte’s Global Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Executive.

Earlier, as Deloitte’s Global Clients Leader, Stuart managed a portfolio of more than 300 of the firm’s largest clients, representing approximately $15 billion in global revenues. He chaired the Global Client Council, driving innovation and continuous improvement in client experience, sales excellence, and account-based marketing, enabling major clients to achieve industry-leading outcomes.

Stuart began his Deloitte career through the acquisition of DotCom start-up Eclipse in 2001, which became the foundation for Deloitte Digital. With two decades of expertise in digital and emerging technologies, he is passionate about helping clients design customer experiences, business strategies, and operating models that enable them to thrive amid digital disruption.

This breadth of experience underpins Stuart’s ability to connect strategy with execution, foster cross-border collaboration, and guide clients through complex transformation.
