Deloitte India launches SheXO program

Deloitte India is launching its first SheXO program which aims to support the personal and professional development of established, emerging or aspiring women leaders across the region.

With a core focus to advance women in leadership, our program is designed to create a supportive environment which will help existing and aspiring women leaders to inspire, grow, connect and drive meaningful changes. This will be done by creating communities, knowledge sharing, mentoring capsules, designing growth paths.

While SheXO is a part of the global CXO program, in India, we aim to connect with women CXOs and shall also be integrated with our existing CFO, CIO and other annual programs like TF50 and Deloitte Private.
