3 June 2025. Deloitte has appointed nine new partners across its Irish business in a move that reinforces the firm’s leadership ambition, future-facing strategy, and continued investment in top talent amid a period of unprecedented market complexity.
These appointments span Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation teams, Tax & Legal, Audit & Assurance, Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory, and Enabling Areas and reflect both the depth of expertise and the strategic capability required to guide clients through the most complex challenges of current times.
We are not just responding to change, we are helping to shape it,
says Harry Goddard, CEO of Deloitte Ireland.
In a world marked by uncertainty and disruption, our clients are looking for brilliant leadership, clarity and edge.
These new partners bring exactly that and add to our already exceptional leadership network. They represent the next generation of strategic advisors, positioned to help clients act decisively, transform confidently, and build for the long term. This is a proud moment for them as well as for me, and it’s also a powerful signal about the direction of our firm right now.
Deloitte is the world’s largest professional services firm, and the latest appointments in Ireland reflect the organisation’s recent strategic investment in people, innovation and future-facing capability across public and private sectors.
Four of the nine new partners are women, a reflection of progress in achieving Deloitte’s ambition of gender balance at all levels and making senior leadership a space where both men and women can thrive.
These appointments show where we’re going as a firm. We’re increasing our ambition, doubling down on our commitment to equity and evolving our leadership to meet the future head-on. There has never been a more exciting and more meaningful time to become a partner at Deloitte.
