Dr. Sára Réka Rideg

Sára Rideg joined Deloitte in 2019, she is a managing associate of Deloitte Legal Hungary. She is an attorney-at-law, and member of the Law Firm’s Banking, Finance & Capital Markets team as well as the Energy Law team.

Sára graduated from the University of Szeged as lawyer in 2017. She spent a semester in France as an Erasmus exchange student focusing on international law. 

Prior joining Deloitte she has worked at a French international law firm in Budapest and gained experience in corporate law.

Sára specializes in banking and finance with a primary focus financing. She had participated in various Hungarian and international real estate and energy project financing and re-financing both on borrower and lender side. As part of the banking and finance teams, she has experience in the field of capital market and participated in bond issuance procedures She also part of the Deloitte Legal energy law team, where she participated in numerous energy projects, including licencing processes and  due diligence in course of transactions.  

She speaks fluent English and French on an intermediate level.
