Introducing M&A Central

M&A Central is a software application designed to support buy side and sell side M&A transactions, and transformation & restructuring efforts. The tool is oriented around driving program execution through dynamic interfaces and user experiences built on best practices and lessons learnt from executed deals. At its core, M&A Central has the program management capabilities required to support cross-workstream workplan management, interim reporting and program infrastructure to manage risks, issues and decisions. What separates M&A Central is the dynamic features and modules designed to execute M&A, restructuring and transformation specific projects. These features include our built-in value capture capabilities that enable the program to identify, track and monitor individual and aggregate savings initiatives and one-time costs. Through a variety of tools and dashboards, M&A Central facilitates and curates information to organize and accelerate the program support team in real time while providing executive leaders and sponsors the reporting and dashboards needed to monitor program health and progress.

The value capture module supports an integrated and phased approach to identifying, executing and tracking value realized and costs-to-achieve of a program.
