Inclusion at Deloitte

At Deloitte, we want everyone to feel included and able to thrive at work.

Our Focus

Deloitte's global inclusion strategy is founded on enabling all our people to succeed and thrive at work.

Deloitte’s global inclusion team provides insights, tools and guidance that can enable Deloitte firms around the world to deliver on our global shared values of ‘foster inclusion’ and ‘take care of each other’—whether that be through guidance on inclusive leadership, insights into enabling better workplace mental health, or tools to enable accessibility.

Deloitte Global also leads the development of annual global research surveys and insights into workplace experiences—such as the annual ‘Women @ Work: A Global Outlook’ survey and the 2024 ‘Disability @ Work: A Global Outlook’ survey.

We are pleased to provide some examples of our work below.

How would you feel?

Deloitte Global has developed the "How would you feel?" immersive experiences featuring actors bringing to life scenarios developed in consultation with people with lived experience. They are not based on actual events or people—either at Deloitte or in other workplaces—and they do not aim to represent the experience of every person with similar characteristics; instead, they are intended to offer insights into the types of experiences that some people may have in the workplace. Below is a selection of the experiences:

Can you see me?

Can you see me are award-winning fictional stories—played by actors—designed to educate our people around the world on the importance of inclusive leadership. We are proud to share some of these stories.

Can you see me, do you hear me? Stories of our people

A selection of animated films and written stories highlighting the journeys of some of our Deloitte people when it comes to mental health, accessibility, neurodiversity, and inclusion.
