Radoslaw leads the Contract Life Cycle Management Centre of Excellence based out of Poland, where no two days are ever the same. His mornings might begin with a diagnostic workshop or sitting down with clients’ legal and procurement teams to map out bottlenecks. By afternoon, he is deep in the technical details, evaluating contract management platforms, weighing which solution will best fit a client’s technology estate.

What sets Radoslaw’s journey apart is the scale of change he has seen and is now driving. “When I started, all the activities were purely manual: drafting in Word, chasing approvals by email, redlining based on playbooks,” he recalls. “The data was not tracked.” Today, he and his team are implementing Generative AI that can review thousands of contracts in a day, automate risk scoring, and streamline approval workflows. The transformation is not just technical, but cultural: “Clients no longer expect just legal advice. They are looking for commercial impact.”

For Radoslaw, the most energizing part of his role is this blend of disciplines. Contracting is no longer a back-office function, it is a strategic lever for business value. He says, “We are looking at it from a people and governance perspective as well as technology implementation followed by content, so the contract itself.” The work is about reimagining how organizations manage risk, revenue, and relationships.

His advice to those entering the field is direct: “Get familiar with the technology as soon as possible and always be mindful of the business side of the questions that are being raised to lawyers.” For Radoslaw, the future of legal work is not about choosing between law and technology, it’s about mastering both and using them together to drive meaningful change.
