He specialises in advising property clients on purchase, sale and development of real estate, including assisting with transactions (M&A) and providing input on corporate structures, amongst other things. In addition, Lars has extensive experience in advising on financing, land registration, registration fees, construction contracts, tenancy law and regulatory matters.
