Andreas is the Partner in Charge of the Nicosia office. He is the Assurance Leader and an Audit & Assurance Partner serving a wide range of clients both in Cyprus and abroad, specialising in the Insurance Industry. 

Maria is a member of the A&A Executive committee of Deloitte Middle East. She is an audit partner with over 20 years of experience. She serves a wide range of listed and private audit clients both in Cyprus and abroad. Her industry experience includes financial services and trading groups.

Alexis is an Audit & Assurance Partner based in Limassol. Having started his professional career with Deloitte in London in 1994, he transferred to Deloitte in Athens in 1998 where he became a partner in 2001. He joined Deloitte Cyprus in July 2007.

Antonis is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting. He trained and qualified in the United Kingdom. He is the author of various articles on national and international taxation and regular speaker in conferences and seminars.

Panos is the Business Process Solutions Leader in Tax & Legal Services. He has a long experience in serving both local and international clients operating in a variety of industries. He is also the Director of Independence of Deloitte Cyprus.

George leads the Consulting Services, and he is also the Human Resources Partner and Chief Strategic Officer of Deloitte Cyprus. He has significant experience in Strategy & Operations, Technology and Human Capital Services.

George is the Financial Advisory Services Leader of Deloitte Cyprus. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuations and other Financial Advisory services.

Clea is the Risk Advisory Leader and the Risk Advisory FSI Leader for North South Europe. She specialises in Banking and Financial Services, and is also leading the Payments and Electronic Money Institutions licensing services of Deloitte Cyprus. 

Agis is a Tax & Legal Leader Partner in the Nicosia offices specialising in local corporate and personal taxation as well as international taxation.

Alexis is an Audit & Assurance Partner based in Limassol. Having started his professional career with Deloitte in London in 1994, he transferred to Deloitte in Athens in 1998 where he became a partner in 2001. He joined Deloitte Cyprus in July 2007.

Kyriacos has over 15 years of experience, having served clients in various industries with a main focus on corporate finance advisory, valuations & modelling, dispute and forensic services, feasibility studies, financial projections, debt & equity raising projects, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, as well as financial due diligence projects in Cyprus and abroad. He is also the Emerging Growth Companies Segment Leader for Deloitte Private in the Middle East.

Andreas is an Audit & Assurance Partner based in the Limassol Office. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Yiannis Ioannides is a Director in Cyber Risk Services at Deloitte with the Risk Advisory practice. He is a business professional providing Risk Advisory services including Logical & Physical Penetration Testing, Red Teaming and Cyber Incident Response (CIR), for clients in a variety of industries in Cyprus and overseas.

Stelios is an Audit & Assurance Partner based at the Limassol office. He has 14 years of experience with Deloitte. He started his career with Deloitte UK in 2008, and joined Deloitte Cyprus in 2013. During his career he focused on providing audit and assurance services to banks and financial institutions operating in Cyprus and abroad. 

Yiannis is an Audit & Assurance Partner based at the Nicosia office with cumulative experience in the audit profession of 22 years. He has experience in the audit of listed (both in the Cyprus and foreign stock exchange) and other private companies in various industries.

Panayiotis is a Tax Partner at Deloitte Cyprus with over 15 years of experience. Panayiotis joined Deloitte in 2009 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. Panayiotis holds a BSc degree in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the Chartered Institute of Taxation of the UK (CIOT). He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) and serves on the Energy Committee of the Institute.

Alexia has over 17 years of experience, during which she has served a diverse clientele across several industries, including trading, consumer goods and hospitality. Over her tenure, she has accumulated extensive experience and developed strong specialisation in the Insurance industry, and is leading both audit and assurance engagements for the sector.

Michael is a Partner in Tax & Legal, and specifically in Business Tax. Michael has over 12 years of experience, specialising in local and international taxation. He offers tax compliance and tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Alecos is a Tax & Legal Partner in the Limassol office who is involved in a number of international corporate restructuring projects and has extensive experience in tax due diligence and international tax planning projects. He provides tax advice across a range of industries, including oilfield services, shipping, real estate, financial services and banking.

Christos is a Tax & Legal Partner leading the indirect tax service line. He is an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus and is currently serving as the chairman of the VAT committee of the Institute.

Demetris is an Audit & Assurance partner based in the Limassol office. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Finance.

Savvas has over 15 years of experience, both in Cyprus and the UK. He specialises in the Insurance industry, offering both audit and IFRS 17 accounting assurance services to clients located in Cyprus, and the wider region. In addition, he is leading a diverse portfolio of audit clients operating in the automotive, hospitality, retail and wholesale sectors.

Yiannis has extensive experience in the audits of large local and international groups including public listed entities. His client portfolio includes companies from various industries such as professional services, manufacturing, distribution, retail, leisure, investments, construction and development. Yiannis also leads Deloitte Private in Cyprus.

Nicholas has over 14 years of experience, serving clients across various industries with operations in Cyprus and abroad, specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Due Diligence projects, Valuations & Modeling, Corporate Finance Advisory, Debt and Equity raising projects, as well as Business Plans and Feasibility Studies. For years, he has been serving several key client accounts, leading and successfully executing some of the firm's most significant projects and transactions, as well as projects across Deloitte Middle East and Deloitte North South Europe. He is also a member of the Life Sciences & Health Care industry firmwide leadership team.

Nicholas holds a BA (ECON) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester, and an M.Sc. in Financial Services from Cyprus International Institute of Management (CIIM). He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW).

Kerry is an Audit & Assurance Partner in Nicosia. She is involved in international business companies audits and is involved in advising international clients on IFRS and company law compliance matters in connection with their activities in Cyprus.

Andreas is a Partner at Deloitte Cyprus within the Business Process Solutions team with over 18 years of experience. His expertise encompasses direct and indirect taxation, corporate compliance, Cyprus company law, as well as accounting and financial reporting.

Dimitris is a Partner in Actuarial, Rewards and Analytics. He is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) and holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics.

Dimitris is in charge of our non-life and risk management workstreams.

Maria is an actuary and brings 15 years of insurance-related experience, spanning both consulting and industry roles. She serves as the Deloitte Middle East Actuarial Lead for IFRS 17, having played a pivotal role in establishing Deloitte as the market leader for IFRS 17 in the region. Maria actively contributes to regional and global working groups on various topics concerning the insurance industry. In addition, Maria holds statutory appointments as Actuarial Function Holder and Risk Management Function Holder for several European insurers.Her areas of expertise include Solvency II, financial and capital planning, actuarial valuations and insurance product design. She is also at the forefront of Deloitte’s efforts in shaping the actuarial response to Saudi Arabia’s shift to a risk-based capital regime within the insurance industry.Maria is a graduate of the London School of Economics, with a BSc in Actuarial Science and an MSc in Management and Regulation of Risk, and a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK. She actively promotes talent development and network collaboration, and is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Marios is a Partner in Actuarial, Rewards and Analytics. He is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK) and holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics.

Marios is leading the life insurance and IAS19 related projects.

Andreas is the partner in charge of the Limassol office of Hadjianastassiou, Ioannides LLC. He holds a BSc in Business Management and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College London as well as a Diploma in Law (CPE) from City University. He was called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn.
