Vaios Makrygiannis is a Partner specialising in Transfer Pricing with over 18 years of experience in tax consulting across Greece and the United Kingdom. He brings extensive expertise in the analysis of intra-group loans and financial transactions, having successfully led numerous Transfer Pricing projects involving documentation, due diligence, planning, and negotiations with tax authorities.
Vaios has also worked closely with Greek groups on Tax Certificates and is now the Transfer Pricing leader at Deloitte Cyprus, where he continues to provide strategic advice and leadership to clients and stakeholders.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking Administration from the University of Piraeus and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stuttgart.
