Novia started her career at Deloitte Cyprus and has been with the firm for over 17 years. Throughout her tenure, she consistently demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to delivering value to both the firm and its clients. She brings extensive experience in audit and assurance, having led various cross-border engagements for multinational groups, as well as audits for a wide spectrum of local clients. Novia has significant expertise in the shipping industry, where she currently leads some of the firm’s largest and most significant audit and assurance engagements, including a substantial portfolio of control assurance engagements.
Novia holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick. She is a Qualified Chartered Accountant, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
