Once exclusivity is granted to our clients, we can perform top-up due diligence to assist the completion of the deal. Our work at this stage includes to identify issues that impact on price, and which require reflection in the sale and purchase agreement and the completion accounts. 

If required at the exclusivity stage, we will work closely with our Integration & Separation team to identify further opportunities to capture value synergies post acquisition and to formalize a post-merger integration plan to ensure smooth integration and that merger benefits are realized.
