Wolfgang Eger

Wolfgang Eger serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Swiss Post since 2019 and Member of Executive Management since 2022. With 16 years of experience at Swisscom in various management roles, he has extensive expertise in managing and developing large ICT organizations and extensive knowledge of various IT functions from consulting, architecture, software engineering and security through to operations. His career also includes roles at Lufthansa, Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and McKinsey. Wolfgang holds an MBA from McKinsey's programme (Williamstown, USA) and completed the Leadership & Organisational Change course at Harvard Business School (Boston, USA).
