Markus is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting AG in Zürich. He is a proven professional with leadership skills, diligent work ethic and proficient in Finance Transformation across industries. In more than 25 years of experience in Management Consulting with a focus on improving Finance functions, Markus supported numerous global multi-national clients to improve their finance function by shaping the role of Finance, reducing costs, improving insights, becoming predictive, increase efficiency and data quality. His project experiences include full life cycle ERP and EPM implementations as well as Finance strategies and running global Finance Transformations.
Miriam Hirs
Deloitte - Switzerland
Miriam is a Partner in our Finance Transformation practice in Zurich. She is leading the Business Finance team which is covering the areas of Financial Planning & Forecasting, Management Reporting & Insights and wider Enterprise Performance Management. Miriam has been focusing on this field for 20 years, supporting her clients with the design and implementation of new processes, systems and organizational set-ups. She has been working with both multi-national and local organisations across Life Sciences, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing, as well as the Public Sector.
Chinmay Nair

Chinmay heads Deloitte’s Global Business Services Advisory. With 19 years of consulting experience, he specialises in transforming organisations through the deployment of shared services, outsourcing, and global business services, helping clients to improve productivity through automation and process efficiency. Chinmay’s functional experience includes finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, supply chain, customer service, amongst others. He has wide industry experience in the private sector.
