The IFRS Centre of Excellence Accreditation Policy was agreed by the Deloitte Global IFRS Leadership Team (‘GILT’) to enable Deloitte member firms to use the IFRS Centre of Excellence (CoE) title.
Deloitte Switzerland has received this title and is one of the Centres of Excellence within the Deloitte member firm network. GILT confirmed Deloitte Switzerland`s recognised team of IFRS and Corporate Reporting experts with evidenced market leadership in IFRS and sustainability reporting and the commitment to the Deloitte IFRS network.
Building on the existing structure and experience, the IFRS and Corporate Reporting Centre of Excellence is now expanded to include Swiss local non-financial reporting and due diligence requirements, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards and jurisdictional sustainability reporting standards with significant extraterritorial reach like the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) for companies in scope of the EU`s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and the SEC`s proposed rule on climate disclosure requirements.
The IFRS and Corporate Reporting CoE is organised as follows:
