Tell us a bit more about yourself
I’m a trainee in the Supply Chain & Network Operations Consulting team. I joined Deloitte as a summer trainee after completing my International Management Bachelor's degree. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to continue my traineeship on a part-time basis while pursuing my master's in Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen. Outside of work and studies, I enjoy exploring Switzerland's stunning nature through activities like hiking, cycling, skiing, and following my passion for sailing.
Why did you decide on a traineeship at Deloitte?
The international environment as well as the project-based nature of Consulting evoked my interest in this industry. Consequently, I decided that I wanted to complete a traineeship in Consulting. At a campus career fair, I got to know Deloitte by engaging in an insightful conversation with one of their consultants. The welcoming and open-minded atmosphere of the Deloitte recruitment team convinced me to embark on my Consulting career - a decision I don’t regret.

What’s been the highlight of your time at Deloitte so far?
Quite a few things come to mind. One significant highlight was when my project team entrusted me with the responsibility of conducting a client meeting independently. This is one of many learning opportunities and responsibilities I have received as a trainee at Deloitte. Another highlight is the team spirit and culture. Whether collaborating on interesting projects, enjoying chats over a coffee in the corridor or participating in various team activities, the open-minded and inclusive culture motivates and inspires me.
What are your plans for the future?
My primary goal is to successfully complete my master's degree while continuing to expand my knowledge base by exploring a diverse array of topics and gaining exposure to new work projects and internal trainings. In addition to this, I aspire to continue my career in Consulting, driven by the motivation gained through my experiences here at Deloitte. Specifically, I aim to further develop my expertise and skills in the field of Supply Chain & Network Operations.
