How It Works

1. Register as a Recruitment Agency

Sign up with our service provider, APC International, at www.chport.com. Registration will grant you access to all job vacancies for which we accept applications via recruitment agencies.

2. Submit Candidate Files

Upload your candidates’ application documents through the APC International applicant platform. The Deloitte recruitment team will then review the submissions.

3. Interview Process

If an interview is arranged, we will contact your candidates directly. Please inform your candidates to expect communication from Deloitte. If no interview takes place, APC International will be notified of the rejection.

4. Successful Recruitment and Settlement

Should a candidate be successfully hired, all settlement and fee payments will be handled through APC International.

5. Job-Specific Questions

For any specific queries about a job, please contact the APC International, who will direct the query to the Deloitte Talent Acquisition team.

6. Important Application Guidelines 

• Do not create user accounts or apply on behalf of your candidates via the Deloitte career site. We only accept applications submitted through the APC International portal and only pay agency fees for such applications.
• For data protection reasons, we do not accept applications sent directly to Deloitte recruitment teams, employees, or partners by email. Likewise, proposals made during personal, or telephone conversations will not be considered.

Important to Know

APC International does not collect its own candidate data, recruit candidates independently, or perform any pre-selection.

APC International ensures that application documents meet Deloitte’s requirements before forwarding them. Always submit complete candidate files to avoid delays.
