He has served most of the top global pharmaceutical companies and a range of mid-size, specialty and biotech clients.
Julius (J.N.) Hill is the Managing Partner for the International Affairs and Development (IAD) sector in Europe, Middle East and Africa and the Global Consulting Partner to the United Nations. Deloitte IAD sector supports ministries of foreign affairs, international development agencies, non-profits, and philanthropic organisations in key areas such as digital transformation, climate change & sustainability, and health & humanitarian affairs. His team’s expertise spans across strategy planning and theory of change, operational efficiency, culture and change, digital transformation and technology optimization, as well as safety and security. Julius has contributed to Deloitte's research and publications in social economy and social entrepreneurship. He bridges the aid and development sector with the private sector, mobilising expert teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients globally.
Wouter is a Partner at Deloitte Digital Switzerland, leading the Swiss Salesforce practice for the Consumer industry. He has extensive experience implementing commercial operational improvements supported by a wide variety of CRM or ERP solutions. His commercial operations experience ranges from CRM, trade promotion management, order to cash, trading structures, pricing and profitability management, to sales force automation. Wouter is used to work in multi-disciplinary, international projects and is multilingual (English, French, German and Dutch).
