New leaders for a new era: Deloitte Switzerland appoints six new partners

Zurich, 3 June 2025

The audit and consulting company Deloitte Switzerland has appointed six long-serving employees as partners effective 1 June 2025. The leadership team had already been strengthened by four other experienced professionals who joined the firm earlier this year. These appointments underscore Deloitte’s commitment to investing strategically in business excellence, future-relevant topics, and strong leadership. They reflect the confidence that Deloitte has in the potential of its employees, as well as the company’s clear focus on strategic growth. Half of the promoted employees are women, representing a further step towards improving diversity within the partnership.

The six new partners will broaden and deepen our expertise with their extensive experience in key industries and future-crucial areas. Four partners had already joined Deloitte this year from outside the company. The new partners will strengthen all four of our interdisciplinary business areas: Audit & Assurance; Tax & Legal; Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory and Technology & Transformation.

Response to the increasingly complex economic environment

The current economic landscape is being shaped by geopolitical tensions, trade wars and fragile growth prospects, but also by strong technological innovation. Many organisations are rethinking their priorities. Against this backdrop, it is essential to provide expert advice and deliver innovative solutions. Deloitte is setting clear priorities across its four business areas with the new partners.

Responsibility towards employees and society

In addition to strategically expanding the partnership, Deloitte Switzerland is investing continuously in the development of all its employees – including comprehensive training in artificial intelligence, targeted leadership development and dedicated career programmes. New and expanded platforms, such as the Next Generation Board and various Employee Resource Groups, foster dialogue between management and staff, strengthen team cohesion and contribute different perspectives to strategic decision-making.

Deloitte is also leading the way when it comes to sustainability: Positive assessments by the independent ratings platform EcoVadis confirm the company’s progress in areas including environmental protection, ethics, sustainable procurement, and labour practices. Deloitte is among the highest-rated companies in Switzerland.

“With the new partners, we are not only strengthening our leadership team but also making ourselves fit for the future. Their experience, expertise and diverse perspectives are exactly what we need to ensure the success of our clients and our company alike in an increasingly complex world. I am proud that we are developing our existing talents while also bringing in specific expertise from outside the organisation – fully in line with our strategic focus. Our people are key to our success: their dedication, innovative spirit and contribution to our culture are what make Deloitte Switzerland a first-rate employer and consulting company,” says Reto Savoia, CEO of Deloitte Switzerland.
