He has over 12 years experience in consultancy and banking industries, involved in projects for universal, private and regional banks as well as technology companies. His experience covers strategic business plan development and go-to-market strategy advisory as part of both business and technology enabled strategies. Soheil’s additional focus areas are operating model design in banking infrastructure, core banking and risk technology transformations. He also assisted banks prototyping production-ready digital assets custody and trading solutions.
