Petar is a Director at Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice and a member of Deloitte Private in Switzerland. With close to 10 years in the profession, Petar has gained comprehensive experience in leading valuation assignments and advisory projects for Financial Service Institutions, performing fair value estimations of banks and insurance companies in regulatory and deal context, M&A advisory for loan portfolio transactions, and advising investment funds on their valuation policy and methodology. In his role as a leader of Switzerland’s Emerging Growth Companies programme, Petar drives Deloitte’s initiative to provide professional services to scale-ups throughout their growth journey.
