Nicola Gibbs

Nicola is a Director in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in M&A advisory and business valuation in the UK and Switzerland. In her role as an adviser to corporates, entrepreneurs and private equity, Nicola has successfully completed numerous cross-border mid-market transactions in the consumer business, manufacturing and industrials sectors.

Nicola holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield, UK, the Corporate Finance Diploma from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
