Micha Zeller is a Partner in the M&A tax team in Switzerland. He has significant experience in tax due diligence, tax structuring and SPA tax advice in both sell- and buy-side transactions. Besides corporate clients across a wide range of industries, Micha has also advised several private equity funds in numerous transactions and provided support in post-acquisition integration and tax optimisations. Micha has successfully negotiated numerous tax rulings with Swiss federal and cantonal tax authorities covering amongst other topics Swiss acquisition structures for private equity funds, double tax treaty protection, Swiss financing structures, management participation plans and Swiss corporate restructurings. In addition to the M&A tax advice, Micha has advised numerous corporate clients in global reorganisation and restructuring projects. He covers topics such as legal entity rationalisation and effective tax rate reduction projects on a global scale.
