Miriam is a Partner in our Finance Transformation practice in Zurich. She is leading the Business Finance team which is covering the areas of Financial Planning & Forecasting, Management Reporting & Insights and wider Enterprise Performance Management. Miriam has been focusing on this field for 20 years, supporting her clients with the design and implementation of new processes, systems and organizational set-ups. She has been working with both multi-national and local organisations across Life Sciences, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing, as well as the Public Sector.
