Mareike is a Director in the Human Capital practice in Zurich. With more than 7 years of consulting experience in Human Capital and HR Transformation, she supports clients with a project manager role, bringing strong, combined experience covering large scale HR transformation and re-organisation projects as well as strategic HR initiatives in matrix, multi-divisional and multi-country corporations across industries. Her work experience includes HR process design and optimisation, HR Target Operating Model analysis, design and implementation, HR maturity assessment in HR transformations, HR technology implementations and HR as a Service.
