Krys leads the M&A Technology practice within Strategy, Risk and Transactions Advisory group and is a Senior Director in Deloitte’s Deal Transformation team in Zurich. He has over 30 years’ experience in the professional services industry, including 20 years working on multiple merger deals and separation transactions, specialising on IT integration and IT separation. Krys has also led numerous IT due diligence engagements from both the buy-side and the sell-side, as well as post-deal IT projects in various industries.
