Kathleen is a growth-oriented global leader based out of the Deloitte US Government & Public Services practice with 25+ years of experience in clean energy deployment, sustainability, infrastructure development, and gender inclusion. She currently serves on the Global Consulting Services leadership team as the Cross Business Go-To-Market Leader focused on activating growth across Deloitte’s businesses, offerings, and geographies.
Kathleen also serves as Deloitte’s Global Leader for International Affairs & Development, collaborating with ministries of foreign affairs and donors worldwide. Previously, she was the Global LCSP for the US Agency for International Development, a Global Crown Jewel account, leading teams in 25+ countries across Deloitte’s member firm network.
Kathleen currently represents Deloitte on the board of the US Global Leadership Coalition and on the Executive Advisory Board of the Professional Services Council’s Council of International Development Companies.
A certified Renewable Energy Professional and Carbon Reduction Manager, Kathleen is an author and presenter on topics including climate and decarbonization, women in international development, smart and inclusive cities, and the gender-energy nexus. She currently represents Deloitte on the board of the US Global Leadership Coalition as well as on the Executive Advisory Board of Professional Services Council’s Council of International Development Companies.
