Gaetano is a seasoned SAP executive and thought leader with 27+ years of proven expertise in enterprise resource planning consulting and delivery. In the SAP practice, he drives growth and innovation across SAP applications and business lines in Switzerland while providing strategic support to other EMEA regions. His technical mastery spans the full SAP ecosystem, with particular depth in Supply Chain Management (EWM, TM, GTS, APO, SRM, ARIBA), Customer Relationship Management, Industry 4.0 (SAP ME/MII/PCo), and S/4HANA transformation programs, complemented by expertise in M&A advisory, digital transformation diagnostics, and applications management across complex, multi-country implementations.

In his current capacity, he oversees SAP SCM, Industry 4.0, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives from both solution advisory and delivery quality assurance perspectives. As Lead Client Service Partner and Engagement Lead, he ensures delivery excellence while contributing to Switzerland's growth and supporting EMEA-wide SAP application expansion through presales and delivery excellence.
