Dominik is a Director in the Banking Solutions practice in Zurich. He has experience across the Financial Services Industry (Wealth Mgmt, Asset Mgmt, Retail Banking, Investment Banking) with projects in the front, middle and back office working with Swiss and international clients.
His main areas of expertise are the digitalisation of operations and definition of target operating models. He leads Deloitte’s Operational Excellence and Client Investment Advisory offering.
