Daniele is a Director in Deloitte Switzerland’s Strategy & Business Design practice.
He helps organisations translate strategy into measurable outcomes and works with senior executives to steer complex transformations, support informed decision-making and keep programme execution focused on strategic priorities. He combines structured problem-solving, analytics, executive dashboards and value-based performance management to turn complexity into clear insights, priorities and actions.
With more than 17 years of experience, Daniele has advised major international organisations through strategic, financial, operational and technology-enabled transformations, with particular experience across global pharmaceutical companies and leading Swiss financial institutions.
Daniele holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering from EPFL.
