She advises pharmaceutical and life sciences organisations on health financing, market access, and strategy in complex global and geopolitical environments. Andrea brings experience working with leading global pharmaceutical companies as well as emerging and mid-sized innovators, helping clients navigate regulatory uncertainty, constrained public budgets, and shifting policy dynamics. She specialises in translating evidence into actionable commercial, financing, and policy strategies that drive sustainable growth and health impact.
Andrea is the Founder and CEO of the Health Finance Institute and the creator of Health Impact Credit, an innovative platform linking financial capital to measurable health outcomes. Known for her ability to operate in high-stakes, uncertain contexts, she supports clients in making resilient, future-ready decisions amid evolving global risks. She holds an MPH from Simon Fraser University and a PhD in Global Health and Population Health from Harvard University.
