Alexander leads Deloitte’s Life Sciences and Healthcare industry practice in Switzerland, working with leading life sciences & biotech companies, healthcare providers and Swiss government institutions towards the goal of improving the health ecosystem and ultimately patient care. He also leads Deloitte Switzerland’s Strategy and Business Design practice across industries.
Alexander has over 20 years of experience developing and deploying product launch strategies for innovative medicines, growing patient access and uptake along the product lifecycle, and transforming Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Marketing and Sales functions. His therapeutic area experience ranges from oncology and cardiovascular diseases to inflammation and rare diseases. Alexander has also supported complex governmental healthcare system transformations in areas such as reliability of medicine supply and pandemic resilience.
