Alexey Sobchuk

Senior Manager, Tax & Legal

Alexey is a Senior Manager within the Transfer Pricing team in Deloitte Switzerland. He joined Deloitte in 2012, bringing extensive experience gained at tax authorities. Since then, he has broadened his expertise working across different countries, before joining the Transfer Pricing team at Deloitte Switzerland in Zurich. Alexey has led numerous compliance projects and supported clients on transfer pricing aspects of M&A activity and post-deal integration. He has a particular focus on commodities-related transactions, financial transactions and valuations, and has a strong track record of supporting clients through tax audits, and of resolving and preventing tax disputes through APAs and MAPs.
