Fatima is a Partner in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice focusing on Transformation and Technology Adoption. She is experienced in designing and leading Change Management on large ERP projects. Fatima has a wide range of experience in the design and development of change solutions implementing organizational structure and process efficiencies, with a deep focus on shifting behaviours, for both agile and waterfall projects and has worked with clients in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Fatima is also the National practice leader for Deloitte’s Culture team. She has worked closely with organizational leaders to identify scope and plan for culture transformation and change to achieve the strategic business objectives. She specializes in aligning people and behaviours to support business transformations and focuses on strategic change management and implementation.
