- Persons with disabilities refers to persons who have a recurring or persistent visual, hearing, motor or cognitive impairment. This includes persons whose functional limitations due to their impairment have been accommodated in their current job (e.g., by the use of technical aids, changes to equipment or other working arrangements). Disabilities can be both visible and non-visible. Neurodiversity refers to the variety of neurocognitive ability (i.e., the different ways the brain works and interprets information including sociability, learning, attention, mood, and other mental functions). Many conditions are described as neurodiverse including Autism Spectrum, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, ADHD and more.
- An Indigenous person:
- Individuals who identify as either First Nations, Métis, and/or inuk . First Nations are the original Peoples and the descendants of what is now known as Canada. Various Nations, beliefs, and languages exist within this group. Métis are distinctive Peoples who, in addition to their mixed ancestry, developed their own customs, way of life, and recognizable group identity; it’s important to note that the term does not encompass all individuals with mixed Indigenous and European heritage. Inuit refers to specific Indigenous Peoples who originate from the far north of what is now known as Canada. Inuit is the plural form, while Inuk is the singular form. Their cultural practices and languages are distinct from those of the First Nations and Métis.
- A Black person:
- Individuals who identify as part of the Black community (e.g., African Black, American Black, Canadian Black, West Indian Black)
- A 2SLGBTQIA+ person:
- Individuals who identify as Two Spirit (2S), Lesbian (L), Gay (G), Bisexual, Bigender (B), Transgender (T), Questioning, Queer (Q), Intersex (I), Asexual, Agender (A) and more (+).

Our talent acquisition team will also review the resumes in our talent communities and reach out to candidates should their resume be a fit for an open role.
- If your resume is shortlisted, you will be contacted by one of our recruiters for an HR interview, followed by further interviews and/or case studies depending on the successful completion through the stages.
- Once all interviews and assessments are complete, the hiring manager will make a final decision, and you will be notified if you have been selected.
- If you are not selected, we will keep your resume in our Talent Pool for future consideration
