With over 25 years of experience in the professional services industry, Tim has developed expertise in leveraging emerging technology to drive strategic initiatives. His ability to think holistically and critically in a continually changing market allows him to challenge his own expectations, resulting in creative solutions that see beyond the predictable and drive change on issues that enable our people, clients, communities, and countries to thrive. Tim’s goal for E&A is to continue building on and leveraging the strong Alliance relationships that allow us to bring differentiating solutions to our clients' most complex issues and opportunities. Prior to his role as Ecosystems & Alliances Officer, Tim was the Strategy and Innovation Officer for Deloitte Canada from 2019 to 2024 and the Managing Partner of Deloitte’s Consulting business from 2014 to 2019. Tim is an active supporter of various community organizations, including Indspire, Young Presidents’ Organization, Junior Achievement Canada, and Canada Snowboard.

A consulting partner based in Toronto, Karin is our lead alliance partner for Google Cloud. Her previous role was leading the Cloud Engineering offering, which she developed and scaled over the last five years. Bringing over 20 years in the IT industry, Karin’s experience includes advisory, implementation, and operate services in cloud and data centre infrastructure and associated services. She has led projects and worked with clients across a breadth of industries, with a focus on government and the public sector.

An advisory partner based in Toronto, Jacqueline is our lead client service partner for Alphabet/Google. She is also responsible for leading client service teams for several of the firm’s most important clients. For more than 20 years, Jacqueline has been advising senior executives in banking, insurance, and fintech on a range of strategic issues and initiatives. She has considerable experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale transformation programs in finance, risk, and compliance, which are often triggered in response to accounting and regulatory changes, M&A, or the need for cost optimization. Deeply committed to serving clients as a trusted business advisor, Jacqueline is also passionate about creating an empowering, inclusive, and positive team culture.
