Warren is a Partner in the Actuarial & Insurance Solutions practice in Canada with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in Canada as well as internationally, spending over seven years in Japan. Warren has a wide range of expertise including insurance pricing, valuation, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, regulation, and modeling. Warren also worked as a Managing Director of the Actuarial Division for OSFI, the federal financial regulator.
His role included overseeing the actuarial supervision of life, P&C, and mortgage insurance companies, and providing input into numerous regulatory guidelines. Warren has recently been engaged in audit, M&A, peer review, actuarial modeling, model risk management and validation, regulatory development, and climate risk management projects.
