Victoria leads the Private Equity industry for Deloitte Canada’s advisory and consulting businesses. She is a management consultant with deep expertise in value creation through transformation programs, technology implementations and organizational challenges that can be solved through talent-centered solutions. With over twenty years of experience, Victoria has worked in the UK, Europe and Canada with a focus on financial services companies (banking, private equity), energy and consumer business organizations and the public sector. She has specific expertise related to M&As (mergers, integrations, joint ventures, divestitures and carve outs) as well as reorganizations including operating model changes and organization design.
